With good times, comes good memories! With Summer halfway over, we make the most of it by hitting the dopest events in the city. We are happy to be apart of this move with Taqee Bond's WhatsTheMoveNYC, who just announced a new website is coming this Fall, featuring TeamNIGMA with the recaps. We want to share some of our favorites events with you, in hopes of giving you some dope brands to look forward to as Summer passes us by. CHASING DESTINEE: THE LINK UP ROOFTOP EDITION
NEW YORK, NY
Partying on a rooftop combines the two elements of the summer that make the best memories: good weather and good vibes. TheLinkUp brings the party to Hudson Terrace, where FunnyJulius (Dancing With Julius) and Taqee Bond (Mr. Bonds Neighborhood) had it jumpin alongside DJ's LR, Flash & a fire set by DJ Chubb E. Swagg. The drinks were hitting, the women were on point and the music had everyone partying their night away, but the hosts are what made this event an experience. DINNERLAND NETWORK: 444 LISTENING SESSION

Hov dropping an album should be a holiday. This event was for those that agree with that sentiment, and it was a night just for Jay-Z fans to bask in the legacy that is Hov, on the eve of the release of his 13th album '4:44'. Dinnerland Network is all about pushing the culture forward with innovative content and special events, and this one was no different. Led by an all star hosting team of Taqee Bond, Funny Julius, & Clevery Chloe (Clever In The City, Clever Coins podcast), we went through a plethora of Jiggas hits, b-sides and unreleased music to celebrate the greatest rapper alive.
STEREOTYPE CO.: FAITH+PASSION+HUSTLE EVENT
BROOKLYN, NY
There are key elements to staying on your grind, and Stereotype Co. & Absolutely Dope show us that those are: Faith, Passion & Hustle. We headed to Brooklyn, NY to show love and join creatives and entreprenuers in celebrating the FPH campaign, which included T-shirts, dad hats and hoodies with the simple formula for success imprinted on the front. The room was filled with good vibes, as guests got a chance to network and meet new people, as well as enjoy music & a live cypher featuring some of New York's dopest upcoming talent. With new colorways and designs in store, stay tuned on whats next with Stereotype Co., and stay AbsolutelyDope!
THE LDM SHOW: LDM INDEPENDENT MUSIC AWARDS 2017
BRONX, NY
One true supporter of the independent arts is The LDM Show, a Bronx based media company that caters to hard-working brands, giving them a platform to grow. After many events and radio shows with various artists and brands, they took it to the next level, with The LDM Independent Music Awards, which saw E.Nigma get his first independent music award nomination. This awards show was very diverse, and shined a light on artists from Hip-Hop, Latin, Jazz & Country, supporting all genres of music. With incredible artists giving mind blowing performances, & host Shay Marie G keeping the audience energized, everyone walked away a winner.
