How long does it take to process my order?
Order processing periods can vary however will begin immediately. Please note pre-orders will not ship until their specific pre-order date.
HOW WILL I KNOW when my order ships?
You will receive tracking information when your shipping label has been created and your order is Prepared to ship. In stock items typically ship within 1-2 weeks, WHILE Pre-Sale orders are expected to ship within 4-5 weeks. Be Advised this time frame is not a guarantee and is dependent on volume of orders received.
How will I receive my order for a digital album?
Digital album downloads will be delivered via email. Please note: typically Digital Downloads cannot be downloaded on your Android or iPhone at purchase. Please access the files with your computer or via an app which downloads music files such as Document.

You are solely responsible for the items that you put in your cart. If you place an order for an item in the incorrect size or color it is not our responsibility to exchange that item for the correct size or color. Please check that all items in your cart are correct before completing check out to ensure the best shopping experience. Keep in mind the following:
We are not responsible for orders that are lost or stolen in transit. After you’ve received your order, you have 30 days to address any quality issues. If you receive your order and find it to be damaged, missing an item, or fulfilled with an incorrect item and/or size please contact teamnigmabrand@gmail.com for further assistance.
In most cases exchanges are not available due to items selling out. Sold out or discontinued items can not be exchanged.
Orders with an incorrect address will not ship until the address has been corrected. Please be sure to enter the correct address, if you find that your order has not shipped in the timelines stated above please reach out for further help as it is typically due to an address error.
If you are experiencing an issue or delay with your order please check the original order confirmation email for your order number and reply to that email for customer service. If you deleted that email, please provide your order number in your inquiry to help speed up your customer service experience.
