FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How long does it take to process my order? Order processing periods can vary however will begin immediately. Please note pre-orders will not ship until their specific pre-order date.

Will I get an e-mail when my order ships? Yes, you can track your order once you receive a shipping confirmation email which includes a tracking number.

How will I receive my order for a digital album? Digital album downloads will be delivered via email. Please note: typically Digital Downloads cannot be downloaded on your Android or iPhone at purchase. Please access the files with your computer or via an app which downloads music files such as Document.

Do you ship overseas? Yes, we ship internationally. Please allow 3-5 weeks for international deliveries. For questions or concerns about your international shipment, reach out to us via the contact page or reply to your order confirmation email.


REFUND POLICY

All sales are final.

You are solely responsible for the items that you put in your cart. If you place an order for an item in the incorrect size or color it is not our responsibility to exchange that item for the correct size or color. Please check that all items in your cart are correct before completing check out.

We are not responsible for orders that are lost or stolen in transit. After you’ve received your order, you have 30 days to address any quality issues. In most cases exchanges are not available due to items selling out. Sold out or discontinued items can not be exchanged.
